Katie Arsenault
Director of Outreach and Marketing
Katie Arsenault is the Director of Outreach and Marketing at Frankenberger Associates. She has worked extensively with families and students, helping them navigate challenges related to executive functioning, ADHD, social-emotional development, and autism spectrum disorders. Katie has more than nine years of experience in field of education. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Bridgeport.
Before joining Frankenberger Associates, Katie was the Director of Student and Family Services at Westport Day School. In this role, she oversaw admissions, marketing, and outreach, while providing dedicated support to families and staff. Her work focused on fostering connections and ensuring that students received the individualized care and guidance they needed to thrive. Whether it's managing marketing campaigns, organizing events, or developing innovative outreach programs, Katie focuses on measurable results and long-term growth.
Katie is deeply passionate about special education and is committed to building meaningful relationships with local providers, schools, and community stakeholders. She believes in the power of collaboration and continuously seeking to connect with fellow educators, administrators, and other experts, to exchange ideas that enhance professional outcomes. Her collaborative approach and dedication to empowering students and families make her an invaluable part of the Frankenberger Associates team.
When Katie isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, two dogs, hiking, working out, and taking spontaneous road trips. Katie has a passion for nature and photography and she has completed two half-marathons.
