Chris Steer, MPH

Social Learning Coach

Chris Steer is a Frankenberger Associates Social Learning Coach and public health professional specializing in transformational coaching grounded in social emotional learning, breathwork, and meditation. He holds a Master’s in Public Health from Drexel University and a B.S. from the University of Maryland. With a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, he supports neurodivergent youth and young adults in building confidence, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and real-world communication skills. His work centers on helping individuals expand their comfort zones and access a greater sense of self-awareness and social empowerment. Steer has proven expertise in facilitating evidence-based workshops, leading social emotional learning initiatives, and fostering mental and emotional well-being in youth and adults.

Outside of coaching, Steer has served as a facilitator and host for global gatherings focused on peacebuilding, cultural diversity, and human connection. He has introduced former presidents, international delegates, UN officials, and spiritual leaders, while guiding large-scale conversations on elevating collective wellbeing. Whether in one-on-one sessions or global forums, Steer is dedicated to holding space that fosters clarity, compassion, and meaningful growth in others.
