On-Demand Parenting Courses & Professional Development

Courses That Teach the Skills Schools Don’t

Executive function and social skills aren’t explicitly taught in school, yet they’re essential for success. Too often, kids who struggle are diagnosed or medicated instead of being taught the tools they need. Our on-demand courses give families affordable, high-impact strategies, complete with worksheets to help you implement skills in real time — all from the comfort of your home.

We also offer professional development for educators and clinicians through our Understanding Diverse Learning Profiles course.

Find the Right Course for You

We offer two types of learning experiences — one designed for families and one designed for professionals. Both are evidence-based, practical, and built to help you make an impact.

For Families

  • Learn practical strategies in just 30 minutes per course
  • Strengthen your child’s executive function & social skills
  • Access ready-to-use worksheets & tools for real-life practice

Frankenberger Associates has had the privilege of helping thousands of families, schools, and students transform their learning experience.

I loved this course and wish everyone at Middlebridge could take it. For folks entering into the profession or looking to have an update on learning challenges, the videos and supplementary readings were on point. I loved the processing speed and working memory videos as so often people do not realize how this impacts the learner. The EF video was excellent and tangible as was the strategies for teachers. It is very rare when you have a PD with actual strategies offered. I loved the evaluation section and questions to be posed by admissions professionals and teachers in the classroom...

Understanding Diverse Learning Profiles is a wonderful study of student learning profiles, misconceptions, types of assessments to determine how students learn, reading psychoeducational testing reports, and classroom supports. It is a course that brings together the needs and perspectives of the admission team, classroom educators, and learning support professionals to create a stronger student success model. As a veteran admission professional, it provided me with insight to better understand the needs of our applicants and students. I am much more confident in my ability to read and understand testing reports and how a learning profile may present in the classroom....

I am so happy I took the 6 module Understanding Diverse Learning Profile course. I am an Executive Assistant working at Frankenberger Associates and I wanted to take the course to better understand FA’s services. The course was outstanding. From the perspective of someone who is a parent, and not an educator, I gained an enormous amount of knowledge about executive functioning, social skills, evaluation and brain training. I learned about the intricacies of understanding student learning profiles and I loved the videos about working memory, processing speed, ADHD and Dyslexia. Learning about the brain was fascinating and I left...

I have had the pleasure of learning from Caryl Frankenberger for almost fifteen years, witnessing firsthand her expertise and unwavering commitment to neurodiverse learners. Caryl has the ability to make complex concepts about learning and cognitive development accessible—a skill I first observed in 2010 during one of her presentations, where she captivated a packed auditorium of educators with ease. Her work has left a lasting impact on me and countless others, empowering students, families, and professionals with the tools and understanding they need to thrive in their strengths.

This course was exactly what I needed to feel more confident in my role as Director of Academic Support. The modules were comprehensive and practical with supporting materials to reinforce the topics. The fact that I can continue to access the videos and readings upon completing the course has been a fantastic resource for me. All educators would benefit from this course.

Leslie Creus, Director of Academic Support/EAL Department Head

My student, while a relatively new client of Frankenberger Associates, is already finding work with his coach to be helpful and effective.

    Joan Wittan, College Consulting Collaborative
