Understanding Diverse Learning Profiles is a wonderful study of student learning profiles, misconceptions, types of assessments to determine how students learn, reading psychoeducational testing reports, and classroom supports. It is a course that brings together the needs and perspectives of the admission team, classroom educators, and learning support professionals to create a stronger student success model. This 6-module online course is the best training I have ever participated in. I cannot speak more highly of their programming. I am both a mental health professional and mom of an ASD kiddo. It is expensive, but it is money well spent. Additionally, the overall cost is comparable to what you would spend in an average market for a therapist who does private pay. We are hoping to continue on with their services after our 14-week program is over. As a mom, I highly recommend this because of the growth I’ve seen in my son and the tools I’ve gained. As a professional, I have no qualms about referring folks to them.
