Submitting an inquiry, requesting a Discovery Call, or communicating with Frankenberger Associates does not automatically establish enrollment in a coaching program.

Purchased coaching services are governed by separate agreements addressing fees, scheduling, cancellation policies, program expectations, and other contractual obligations.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed coaching agreement regarding purchased services, the signed agreement controls for those services.
