Executive Function Bundle

Bundle Overview

Many children struggle with executive functioning not because they aren’t capable—but because they have difficulty getting started, staying on track, and managing their time effectively.

The Executive Function Bundle combines Time Blind and Task Paralysis to give you a complete, practical approach to helping your child take action and follow through. Instead of constant reminders, last-minute stress, or unfinished tasks, your child will begin to start more independently, manage their time more effectively, and complete responsibilities with greater consistency.

This bundle breaks down complex executive function skills into simple, practical strategies you can use in everyday situations—at home, in school, and in the community—so your child can build independence, organization, and confidence.

What Your Child Will Learn

By the end of this bundle, you will be able to help your child:

1. Understand Why They Feel Stuck or Off Track
Help your child recognize what makes it difficult to start tasks, stay focused, and manage time.

2. Start Tasks With Less Resistance
Teach your child how to overcome avoidance, reduce overwhelm, and take action more easily.

3. Develop a Stronger Sense of Time
Help your child better understand how time works, how long tasks take, and how to plan accordingly.

4. Follow Through and Complete Tasks More Consistently
Support your child in staying on track, managing their time, and finishing responsibilities with greater independence.

The workshops that Frankenberger Associates have provided to our entire faculty and individual teachers has strengthened the professional skills and knowledge of the educators at Woodhall. Connecting theory and practice with an appealing mix of lucidity and common sense, Caryl and her colleagues engaged with our school community in a way that is accessible and applicable.

Matthew Woodhall, Head of School, Woodhall School

I loved this course and wish everyone at Middlebridge could take it. For folks entering into the profession or looking to have an update on learning challenges, the videos and supplementary readings were on point. I loved the processing speed and working memory videos as so often people do not realize how this impacts the learner. The EF video was excellent and tangible as was the strategies for teachers. It is very rare when you have a PD with actual strategies offered. I loved the evaluation section and questions to be posed by admissions professionals and teachers in the classroom...

The combination of brain training and executive functioning support that Frankenberger Associates and Oxford Academy have collaborated on over the years has always been a resounding success. Caryl and her team are experts in helping students see major improvements in focus, organization, and memory, making daily tasks and long-term goals feel so much more manageable. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone wanting to strengthen cognitive skills and executive functioning!

Phil Cocchiola, Head of School, Oxford Academy

My student, while a relatively new client of Frankenberger Associates, is already finding work with his coach to be helpful and effective.

I am so happy I took the 6 module Understanding Diverse Learning Profile course. I am an Executive Assistant working at Frankenberger Associates and I wanted to take the course to better understand FA’s services. The course was outstanding. From the perspective of someone who is a parent, and not an educator, I gained an enormous amount of knowledge about executive functioning, social skills, evaluation and brain training. I learned about the intricacies of understanding student learning profiles and I loved the videos about working memory, processing speed, ADHD and Dyslexia. Learning about the brain was fascinating and I left...

This course was exactly what I needed to feel more confident in my role as Director of Academic Support. The modules were comprehensive and practical with supporting materials to reinforce the topics. The fact that I can continue to access the videos and readings upon completing the course has been a fantastic resource for me. All educators would benefit from this course.

I have had the pleasure of learning from Caryl Frankenberger for almost fifteen years, witnessing firsthand her expertise and unwavering commitment to neurodiverse learners. Caryl has the ability to make complex concepts about learning and cognitive development accessible—a skill I first observed in 2010 during one of her presentations, where she captivated a packed auditorium of educators with ease. Her work has left a lasting impact on me and countless others, empowering students, families, and professionals with the tools and understanding they need to thrive in their strengths.

Aria Carter, Director of Admissions, Greenwood School

This 6-module online certificate course is the best training I have ever participated in. As an IEC who provides high school and college consulting for students who have specific learning, cognitive and/or developmental challenges, the course deepened my understanding of learning challenges, and my ability to read and interpret evaluations. I developed new questioning techniques to discern my students' learning strengths, average abilities, and challenges. I watched videos and read the supplemental articles on my own timeline, there was no pressure. Quite simply, this course was a game changer for me and I think it will be the same for...
