Executive Skills Foundations is designed for students entering Grades 7–9 who are capable and motivated, but benefit from explicit support with executive function skills. These skills play a role not only in schoolwork, but also in managing responsibilities, routines, and expectations at home and in everyday life.

The workshop is delivered in a small-group virtual format that combines direct instruction, collaborative activities, guided reflection, and independent application. Students practice strategies using examples from school, home, and daily routines, so they can see how these skills apply in multiple settings.
The emphasis throughout the week is on progress and awareness, not perfection. Students leave with practical tools they can continue using throughout the school year, along with greater confidence in their ability to manage responsibilities and follow through on what matters to them.
