As a predominantly online company, we work with clients nationwide and internationally, offering flexible, accessible services. Our programs serve children, teens, young adults, and adults facing challenges in executive functioning, social skills, or learning, including those with ADHD, high-functioning autism, social awkwardness of any kind, and anxiety. For personalized guidance, we offer a free consultation with our admissions specialist.
Our coaches are truly what set us apart. Each member of our team is not only highly educated, with master’s or doctorate degrees, but they also bring years of specialized experience in executive functioning, social learning, and all facets of education. They come from diverse professional backgrounds in education, social work, behavioral therapies, mental health, and occupational therapy, ensuring that our program is delivered with the highest level of expertise and care. They are experts in their fields, trained in methodologies like Social Thinking® and PEERS®, and they have a passion for helping students and adults thrive. Their knowledge, combined with their commitment to individualized support, ensures that every client receives top-tier care tailored to their unique needs.
Yes, we offer our services virtually and in-person, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for participants regardless of their geographic location. We see students from across the country and around the world.
Progress is measured through ongoing assessments, regular student and parent feedback sessions, and continuous monitoring of the participant’s application of learned skills.
While it is quite rare, if your child does not feel a good connection with their coach after a few sessions, we will gladly switch them to another coach. We want every client to feel comfortable and supported. If the second coach also is not a good match, it may indicate that our program is not the best fit for the client’s needs, and we will discuss alternative options to ensure they receive the help they need. Your child’s success and comfort are always our priority.
The safety of your child is our top priority. In-person sessions are primarily held at our office, providing a professional and controlled environment. If sessions are not at our office, we ensure they occur in public, secure spaces like libraries. All of our coaches undergo rigorous background checks, and we follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere. Additionally, we maintain open lines of communication with parents, so any concerns can be addressed promptly to ensure your peace of mind.
We offer two different models for 1:1 Social Coaching: one with built-in parent coaching, and one without; the latter is only available to students grade 8 and older.
We offer parent coaching to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the student’s progress and continuity between skill-building during sessions and in the home. These coaching sessions and check-ins are an integral part of our program, allowing us to discuss the student’s development, address any concerns, and adjust our approach as the student’s needs change. Parents and students are kept informed of this progress through regular updates and ongoing communication.
In our Executive Function program parents are kept informed through bi-weekly parent-coach meetings as well as through texts and calls that occur organically. We stay in close communication with our parents ensuring that they are well apprised of their student’s work and progress.

We offer Tailored Tutoring in all academic subjects such as language arts, math, science, history, reading, and writing. Our coaches are experts in their fields and provide personalized support tailored to each student’s academic needs.
Traditional tutoring typically focuses on specific academic subjects. In contrast, Tailored Tutoring through Executive Function Coaching goes beyond subject matter to develop essential life skills that enhance learning efficiency and overall personal management. While this includes subject-specific tutoring, our unique approach integrates executive function skills into all aspects of the learning process.
Our program is designed for children, teens, and young adults who are looking to improve their academic performance and develop skills that are crucial for lifelong success. It is especially beneficial for students who face challenges with reading comprehension, written language, math, organization, time management, attention, and emotional regulation.
Executive Function Coaching helps students build the “how” skills behind learning — things like task initiation, planning, prioritization, organization, time management, and attention. They also include the ability to think flexibly, hold information in mind (working memory), control our impulses and emotions, and maintain our focus and goals. Instead of solely focusing on subject content, our coaches teach students strategies to manage their assignments and workload, stay on track, and become more independent and confident learners in school and beyond.
Executive Function Coaching is helpful for individuals of all ages who struggle with organization, time management, planning, or follow-through. It is especially valuable for learners with ADHD, high-functioning autism, learning disabilities, or anxiety, as well as high-achieving students who want to strengthen study habits, reduce stress, and become more independent.
Absolutely! Over 90 percent of students with ADHD have executive function weaknesses. Our coaching is particularly effective in helping these students develop strategies to manage their symptoms, and improve focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation and impulse control leading to better academic and personal outcomes.
Executive Function Coaching for Adults is tailored to the demands of everyday life. Our coaches work one-on-one with you to strengthen organization, time management, planning, and follow-through while applying these skills directly to your world. This may include organizing your career path, balancing school and work, managing home life with children, or even launching a new business. Together, we build practical systems and routines that reduce stress and create lasting success across both personal and professional settings.
We offer a range of assessments, including psychoeducational evaluations, educational evaluations, and specialized dyslexia/reading evaluations. Each assessment is designed to identify cognitive, executive function, and academic abilities, highlighting strengths and challenges, and ensuring appropriate recommendations are made.
The length of an assessment depends on the type being completed. Most take 4 to 9 hours of total testing, usually scheduled across one or two days.
Yes, our parent feedback sessions are typically two hours in length, and we also wrap-up with the student for a shorter period of time. You will receive a detailed written report after your assessment. The report will include a thorough analysis of the findings, including test results, identified strengths and challenges, diagnoses, and tailored recommendations for next steps. This ensures you have a clear understanding of the results and actionable insights to move forward.
Yes, our assessments can be used to support school accommodations. The detailed reports we provide are designed to help you advocate for appropriate services and accommodations at your child’s school. They include specific recommendations that align with educational needs, which can be instrumental in obtaining accommodations like IEPs or 504 Plans.
Social Learning Programs
Our customized 14-week Social Learning Program stands out due to its highly individualized approach. In addition to integrating the PEERS® and Social Thinking® curricula, our coaches meet students where they are by tailoring lessons to help them tackle real-time problems. Unlike traditional social skills training that often follows a generic curriculum, our program is tailored to each participant’s unique needs. Additionally, our program involves regular parent coaching and student check-ins, ensuring a holistic approach to social learning that extends beyond the individual sessions.
The program is ideal for children, teens, college students, and adults who face difficulties with social situations due to ADHD, high-functioning autism, anxiety, or social awkwardness of any kind. These challenges include making and keeping friends, social anxiety, perspective-taking, understanding non-verbal cues, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, self-advocacy, executive functioning and more.
Our Social Learning Program runs for 14 weeks and includes one hour of coaching each week plus up to two weekly student check-ins. Families can choose between two formats:
Non-Parent Assisted: Parents receive a coach check-in every other week to stay updated on progress.
All of our coaches hold advanced degrees in fields such as social work, education, occupational therapy, or applied behavior analysis. In addition, every coach is PEERS® certified and has extensive training in the Social Thinking® Methodology as well as other leading social learning approaches.
Yes, our program addresses modern challenges like the overuse of screen time and electronic communication. We focus on developing balanced digital habits and effective communication skills in the digital world. However, we do not specialize in screen addiction.
