Working with Reece was such a gift during a period when I was navigating a late diagnosis of executive dysfunction while also struggling with my first real executive role. She helped me understand patterns I had struggled with for years and gave me practical tools for managing my work, my time, and my own expectations with more clarity and control. She gave me some really interesting insights into patterns, and helped me figure out how to break down overwhelming situations into manageable next steps with structures that are useful but not too restrictive. I'm really grateful for the "toolkit" I left with as I navigate my next chapter.
