Her work in behavioral health has focused on social skill development, supporting individuals as they navigate interactions, build relationships, and strengthen confidence in everyday situations. She recognizes that meaningful progress looks different for everyone and values getting to know each person’s strengths, interests, communication style, and priorities.
Before becoming a Social Learning Coach, Kelli taught autistic students in self-contained classrooms, with experience in every grade from kindergarten through 12th grade. Having taught both in person and virtually, she understands the importance of flexible instruction and finding ways to make learning accessible and engaging. Her background in curriculum development and staff training further supports her ability to break down complex concepts into manageable steps and connect learning to real-life experiences.
Kelli has also presented nationally on social skills and self-care skills for autistic women and girls. She is passionate about creating learning experiences that respect individual differences and help people develop useful skills while remaining true to themselves. In her work with individuals and families, she values open communication, collaboration, and a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and progress is recognized.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys playing with her dog, Loki, going to concerts, and traveling with her husband. She brings that same curiosity and enjoyment of new experiences to connecting with the individuals and families she supports.
