Alexandra Youssef serves as a Client Enrollment Specialist at Frankenberger Associates Learning Solutions Center, where she supports families and professionals through the intake, enrollment, and coordination process for executive function and social learning services. In this role, she works closely with clients to ensure a thoughtful, organized, and supportive experience while collaborating with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and continuity of care.

Alexandra brings a diverse professional background spanning financial services, client operations, and social services. She previously managed account servicing operations in the financial sector and has experience working directly with individuals and families through her past role as a Licensed Social Worker Assistant with the Department of Children and Families. Her work has consistently focused on client advocacy, problem-solving, and building structured systems that support both organizational goals and individual success.

Alexandra holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology. Her multidisciplinary experience allows her to approach client engagement with empathy, clarity, and strong organizational skills, supporting Frankenberger Associates’ mission to empower individuals through effective executive function and social learning support.

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys reading and values spending quality time with her family, grounding her work in connection, balance, and lifelong learning.
